H2O FOR LIFE

So today was our walk for H20 for Life~ When we got to the school and signed in we put the two volunteers from Nates school in tears~ they were happy tears. Thanks to all your help Nate raised $370 for the cause~ Nate, and myself only did about a 2 mile walk and my legs were hurting. I only did 1 lap around the track carrying a bucket of water that wasn't even full but let me tell you, by the time I was done my arms were hurting. I couldn't even imagine having to do that every day.

A very Big thank you to each and everyone of you who helped raise the money for the school in Kenya that Edgewood Middle School (Nates School) has adopted to get water and sanitation in.

This program was started locally by a teacher at Highview Middle School in our school district (this is the school that Jason, Travis, and myself went to). It has grown to 17 other schools participating in the program~ three of the 17 schools are in other states: WI, GA, and PA~ H2O for life was even featured on the Today Show ~ here is a link to the website that they have:

www.h2oforlifeschooltoschool.org.

They are working on a new website which will be:
www.h20forlifeschools.org

Its not up and running yet.

Thank you all again for your love and support.

What an awesome cause that directly touches our hearts. We saw first hand countless numbers of women walking for miles to get water. Thank you for taking part in this and in turn allowing us to as well.
